These terms govern your participation in Niralworks programs. By enrolling, you agree to them; application and admissions details are published on the site.
Niralworks runs cohort-based training programs in agentic AI engineering, including live sessions, mentor-led reviews, and project work. Details of each plan and cohort (dates, format, size, fee) are published on the site with that cohort's enrollment details.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. Selection is at our sole discretion, based on the application and a short call. There is no fee to apply. We may decline or waitlist applications for any reason consistent with applicable law.
Program fees are published on the site for each plan and are due before the cohort begins. Payment instructions are provided with the offer. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Participants agree to engage honestly with the program: submit their own work, treat mentors and peers with respect, and not share program materials outside the cohort without permission. We may remove a participant for misconduct or plagiarism without refund where warranted by the circumstances.
You own the projects you build during the program. Curriculum materials, exercises, and internal tooling remain the property of Niralworks and may not be redistributed. We may reference non-confidential project work (with your credit) in showcasing program outcomes.
We do not promise jobs, internships, or guaranteed placements. We train you to ship a deployed GitHub portfolio, production judgment, and a builder network so hiring managers can evaluate your work directly. Employment outcomes still depend on the market and your effort.
The program is provided as described on the site for the relevant cohort. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niralworks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fee you paid for the program.
We may update these terms; the version in force at your enrollment date applies to your participation. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Questions: hello@niralworks.com.
