This policy applies to program fees paid to Niralworks. There is no fee to apply, so refunds only arise after you accept an offer and pay.
Cancel at any time before the cohort's first live session for a full refund of the fee you paid.
Withdraw within the first two weekends of live sessions and we refund 50% of the fee. This lets you evaluate the program honestly while protecting mentor seats for committed participants.
No refund is available after the second weekend of live sessions, for any reason including withdrawal, removal for misconduct, or non-attendance.
If Niralworks cancels or reschedules a cohort in a way that does not suit you, you receive a full refund regardless of timing.
Email hello@niralworks.com from your registered email address with your payment reference and reason. No justification is required before the program begins.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank or gateway timelines may add a few days.
