This policy explains what personal data Niralworks collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
Niralworks ("we", "us") is an academy that trains engineering students in agentic AI engineering. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@niralworks.com.
When you submit an application or a campus workshop request, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, college, year of study or role, which plan or workshop the request is about, and any optional message you include.
We also record the date and time of your submission and the fact that you consented to this policy, as proof of consent.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment details through this website, or data from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
We use your data solely to respond to your application or campus request, contact you about the admissions process (details, short calls, offers), and administer the program if you enrol.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
We process application and campus-request data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.
Inquiry data is stored on secure infrastructure operated by us or our infrastructure providers (database and email delivery services), who process it only on our instructions.
If you do not enrol, we retain your inquiry for up to 24 months so we can inform you about future cohorts, after which it is deleted. If you enrol, we retain it for the duration of the program and as required for academic and legal records.
If analytics is enabled on this site, we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that does not identify individual visitors. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Under the DPDP Act you may request access to your data, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure, and withdrawal of consent. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy as our programs evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the 'last updated' date above, and the version you consented to is recorded with your inquiry.
